Sister Ann's Key Lime Easter Pie

Cream two 8-oz pckgs cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp lime juice until fluffy. Add two eggs and beat until everything is well blended. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

It's just that easy!
